Sourcing Manager

Responsibilities

  • Work within a fast paced team environment, dealing with the supply of consumer goods to the international ALDI South Group of companies.
  • Support social compliance/ audits and capacity building projects by following up where required with appropriate suppliers and manufacturers
  • Maintain knowledge and understanding of international social compliance standards such as BSCI
  • Maintain work progress reports, filing and archiving for the team members
  • Co-ordinating social audits with headquarter and third party service providers
  • Perform data entry, data analysis and report generation
  • Any other ad-hoc projects or administrative duties as assigned by the Manager

 

Your Profile

  • At least Tertiary education required
  • Relevant work experience advantageous, but fresh graduates with high caliber and motivation would also be considered
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to details and good organizational, coordination and planning skills
  • Able to work independently and as a team player, self-motivated, responsible, well-organized, detail oriented and willing to learn
  • High level of computer literacy: experience using MS Office and Exchange
  • Good command of both verbal and written business English as well as fluency in Mandarin essential
  • High level of maturity, integrity, trustworthiness
